I enjoy our dentist! The office staff is fun and nice. The dentist is patient and I have a difficult set of teeth. I feel pain in unrelated spots which is confusing. I absolutely love this dental office. They go above and beyond for patient care and everyone is very friendly. Dr Allred is very kind and compassionate and takes the time to explain things in a kind professional manner. My son has braces and in order to get his cleaning he has to get his wires out at his orthodontist. This office coordinated the whole thing for my son when his cleaning appointment needed to be moved up because of a snow storm coming in. I was very impressed and so thankful they considered the hassel it can be to get that coordinated with another office. I highly recommend this office. I am beyond impressed with his patience, bedside manner and attention to detail. And he does it all with a smile and a fun sense of humor. I don’t leave reviews much but have been thinking about leaving one since I’ve left this office. It’s definitely family oriented, they make you feel comfortable and cared for. Doctor Allred and his assistant are a great team! He explained everything he was doing as he was doing it which made my anxiety diminish. His work is flawless, he took care of me and the work I needed done relatively quick. He’s gentle, kind and has a great sense of humor. Hands down the best dentist I have met yet. Oh and the ladies at the front desk are personable and social and very helpful if you have any questions or concerns. Definitely recommend!! I'm always a bit nervous trying to find a new dentist, you don't know if they're nice until it's too late! From the scheduling front desk to the insurance lady to the hygienists, all the way to the doctor, everyone was beyond pleasant. They made every part easy, working with our schedule as much as possible and welcoming us with bright smiles and cheerful attitudes. I have already recommended them to friends and will continue to do so. I'm always a bit nervous trying to find a new dentist, you don't know if they're nice until it's too late! All my concerns were explained to me, and the staff was friendly and I genuinely felt cared for. I actually called my husband as I was leaving, and he was going to call immediately and get set up with River city dental as soon as possible! Went in to have some cavities fixed, the doctor fixed a chipped tooth I had in the front while he was at it, without even charging me for it. I've been insecure about that tooth for years. Great dentist, really cool of him to do that for me! This place is great, the rest of the staff was awesome as well.
